The restaurant at the Hotel Schöne Aussicht reopened on September 13, 2023, with a new team in service and kitchen, and under the new name "Le Flam". Tarte flambée plus regional and seasonal cuisine, as well as breakfast and a delicious coffee and cake offering, make up the new restaurant concept for indoor spaces, outdoor terrace, and the beautiful beer garden.

Our kitchen is open daily from 5 p.m to 9 p.m. On weekends, including Fridays, we are available with a lunch menu starting at 12 p.m. Monday is our day off.
We are happy to organize family celebrations such as weddings, baptisms, confirmations, or memorial services, as well as other events according to your wishes.
Catering with a view of the Rüstersieler harbor and Alsatian specialty
Our restaurant invites you to enjoy the Alsatian specialty tarte flambée, regional and seasonal cuisine, and the beauty of this region in a maritime atmosphere. As a destination restaurant and a new meeting point for Rüstersiel residents and Wilhelmshaven guests, Le Flam offers savory dishes as well as coffee, cakes, and ice cream. There is also a daily breakfast selection.
On our large outdoor terrace and in the large beer garden, you can relax under trees and umbrellas, enjoying refreshments and meals in a convivial setting.
A cozy dining room with 160 seats provides the perfect ambiance to enjoy our specialties. Additionally, we offer several separate rooms of various sizes, ideal for celebrations, meetings, and discussions. One of the highlights of the renovation is the newly created orangery, with a unique atmosphere for special occasions.

The star of the menu and the namesake of Le Flam are our tarte flambées. Thin and crispy from the oven. Since kale, fish, & co. are not tob e missed, regional seasonal North German and Frisian cuisine is also on the menu.
